What is a PMA?

A Private Membership Association (PMA) is a private group of individuals who have come together to associate in support of a particular activity or interest. PMAs are private organizations that operate outside the jurisdiction of state and federal regulatory agencies, allowing members to maintain greater privacy and security in their business activities. All trade is conducted privately only between living people, not between corporatized, registered businesses.

Key Characteristics of PMAs

  • Operate outside the public domain and are not subject to public laws
  • Members have the right to private contract and association
  • Protected by the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution
  • Can establish their own rules and regulations
  • Not subject to state and federal regulatory agencies unless there is a “clear and present danger of a substantial evil”

To protect all Members from any adverse interference or action brought on by local, county, state, or federal regulatory, administrative or licensing agencies, and to receive full benefits from participation in Inner Alchemy Private Member Association, members are required to sign the member’s agreement and to make a donation for services traded between people to people.

Goals and values of the Inner Alchemy PMA:

  • Provide a community space free of charge. This community space is a safe space for healers to live where all their needs are met, including housing, high-quality organic food and healthy water. Where healers can feel safe to practice their gifts granted to them from the creator without fear.
  • Provide a community space where those who have passion and purpose may practice their passions, such as: cultivating land, farming, gardening, raising and caring for animals as pets and as food.
  • Provide training relating to spiritual, physical, emotional and mental growth and strength
  • Provide a meeting place and life coaching for sovereigns and our fellow men and (wo)men
  • Provide a safe, shared community living space for healers and like minded individuals who will support each other financially, mentally, emotionally, physically (health); to learn and grow with each other.
  • Provide face to face and distant holistic healing sessions
  • Provide holistic non pharmaceutical supplements and herbs
  • Provide Energy Healing, EMF Balancing for men, (wo)men, animals and private properties
  • Support the energy, vibrations, emotional, mental, spiritual and physical health of members
  • Provide guided meditation, sexual healing, holistic coaching, trauma healing, sound healing, Psych-K
  • Provide education and healing using essential oils
  • Teach and coach about sovereignty, homesteading, energy healing and Reiki attunements
  • Provide an opportunity to educate people on the freedoms of being sovereign
  • Provide support and service on Information Technology and Cybersecurity for other sovereigns and holistic practitioners who are members
